BREED: Thoroughbred race horse GENDER: Mare AGE: 5 years

PROBLEM: Horse repeatedly attacked groom and was considered dangerous.

ASSESSMENT: Hormone imbalance ascertained by veterinary blood tests.

RESULT - Horse would continue to attack me at beginning of each session after which horse would accept handling. Desensitisation did not hold due to hormone imbalance.
