Kicks violently when approached (kicked vet into fence). Head butts
violently when attempts are made to halter her. Threatens people
constantly with hindquarters, kicks and means it. Horse considered
dangerous.
ASSESSMENT: Horse attacked me seconds after (BEFORE)

dominant/bully reactions from getting away for so long with negative
dangerous behaviour. Horse is feeling threatened when approached by
people, is past 'fear mode' and locked in 'anger mode' (very
dangerous).
RESULT - Horse quietly accepts being approached and
handled by anyone (male or female). Accepts front and hind feet lifted
and handled. Note: Horse's relaxed calm expression as its backside is
hugged. Horse approaches people with curiosity and allows its head
handled with an almost dreamy facial expression. The following day
horse walked over to another person and gently laid its head on the
persons shoulder.
